Played a quick 9 here on a Thursday afternoon. They have a practice range and a cart barn right at the clubhouse. The course was in good shape for mid-November. It doesn't play real long. It probably had water on 4 or 5 of the holes making for some fun shots. The service was good. Marilyn in the pro shop was pleasant and helpful. Greens fees were $40. Definitely worth a visit.

Great golf course. A real hidden gem. Incredible value. Challenging but not tricked up. Staff is wonderful. Relaxed atmosphere and just a fun place to play. Conditions are really good compared to other courses in the area. Don't pass Rose Hill up, you will not be disappointed!!!

I went here a couple weeks ago for a semi last minute golf round on a Monday before a flight back to Rhode Island. Wow I was speechless the course was amazing felt like it was a private course when I drove into the property. The hospitality was amaazing gentleman washing off the carts took my bag put it on the cart. It was extremely humid and hot. I asked to buy some waters the nice girl at the front desk said how many I said 4 and just gave them to me which was so sweet of them to do. Now the course was well maintained and the greens rolled very nicely. I can say that if you are looking to play 9 or even 18 at a course you will be very happy with playing here. I will definitely come back!!!

Rose Hill has come a long way from as recently as two or three years ago. Not a complex track, and good for higher handicappers. Narrow but little trouble if you keep in in the fairway. 4 hour rounds are the norm. The course can play long if you play the tips, or short from the silvers. Enjoyable for everyone with beautiful natural setting around the neighborhood homes. Mature trees and wildlife everywhere. Conditions are very good -- roll the greens and it would be ideal. Staff is terrific. Fair Winds Bar & Grill is a nice place to relax after a round. Hidden gem at a great rate!

Decent public course. Several greens were undergoing some minor maintenance. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Played this course twice during my visit mostly because the greens fees were fair for this area. The pro shop was a bit disappointing not a lot to it. The restaurant was closed so didn't have a chance to try it out. Should I vacation in the Hilton Head area again I would love to play Rose Hill.
