The staff at PCC went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. We truly felt cared for from start to finish. And the food — wow! Our guests are still raving about the incredible meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the service was flawless. Choosing PCC as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. My son Ryan is a member of the P.C.C. He has brought us there for many occasions. Theres nothing better than looking out at that beautiful pictureque golf course. I do have to say, my main reason for this review is for Jackie, the event planner. I can't tell her enough what an outstanding job she does. We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding! From the moment we started planning until the very end of our wedding day, everything was absolutely seamless. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of so we could truly enjoy every moment. A special thank you to Jackie, the event coordinator. She was incredible throughout the entire process. She was organized, responsive, kind, and always made us feel like we were in good hands. On our wedding day, she made sure everything ran perfectly, and because of her, we were able to relax and focus on celebrating with our family and friends. She truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for everything she did. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the entire evening felt. We will always look back on our wedding with so much happiness, and Pawtucket Country Club played such a huge part in making it the best day of our lives. We can't recommend this venue enough! Oh also the drinks are REALLY GOOD! which is a plus!

I had a great experience at the pool and wanted to recognize the outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, but I was especially impressed with Michael Gebelein and Brady Schott. They were always alert, approachable, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt safe and welcome. It's clear they take their responsibilities seriously while maintaining a positive attitude with guests. Their professionalism and teamwork really stood out and made a great impression. The pool is fortunate to have staff members like them, and I look forward to visiting again!
