Went on Sunday for the first time: What a great club! VGA supporters, well kept course, challenging holes, fast and challenging greens! The guys in the Pro Shop were very kind, acommodating, and explained a few holes and where to hit on them. We had a great time! I will certainly be coming back!

The food, the staff, the atmosphere were all amazing! The staff all clearly enjoy working there and are happy to chat with the customers, which makes the place feel comfortable. The food was incredible. My bf and I will definitely be coming back!

We've tried some of the other local recommended places. No shade, but we're all in on FH. If you're even remotely in the area, check it out (again, open to the public). Best Caesar salad and burger we’ve had (maybe ever?). Chef Lisa and team knock it out of the park every week (we plan our weekend around the weekly dinner specials).

We played the course on Thursday, had lunch at the bar and came back and dined there Friday evening. 1st…the golf course. It is in amazing shape and challenging as always. The greens are tricky, undulating , but always consistent. The fairways are where you want to be. Playing from the rough is ROUGH as you might expect it to be. The course is beautiful to look at, especially if you walk it. Make time to take in the view from the 8th fairway, amazing best describes it. Red tail hawks and Northern Harriers will keep you company on many of the holes. You have to appreciate the artwork and hard labor it took in the creation of the massive walls of stone. Now….the restaurant. At lunch you can expect all the same items you’d get at other clubs, but clearly the quality and preparation a step or two or three above others. Amy made our meal at the bar a delightful experience. At dinner on Friday, despite the breeze we decided to dine outside. Once again, panoramic views set the mood. If you are expecting the same menu for dinner as you had at lunch think again. They always have a special menu prepared with a certain theme or cuisine in mind. Our meal was outstanding. Now….The service. If you have the opportunity have Casey as your server, request her. She has a wit and charm about her that played well into my shtick. We had a lot of fun and she made our experience even more memorable. Her parents should be very proud of her (we even got to meet them,as they were dining there that evening as well.) We will be back.👍👍👍 one each for course, food and service.

Re visited with a group of friends the restaurant. We had great service..they made us feel very welcome and even made a special german menu special for our group. Very special service.
