Room was nice and clean, spa tub in room was wonderful and relaxing. Restauraunt was decent. Only complaint is that on our floor (3rd floor) there were 10 kids in the hallway running around, throwing trash, banging doors and very loud, with the accompanying adults hanging out- from check in until after 9pm. Should really consider other guests.

We visited a family member who lived in close proximity to this hotel. It was very clean and it has a beautiful view. The snow had melted so we could not use the tub bing run. That would have been fun! The restaurant Nonnis was excellent! It was a warm multi level room with a fireplace, a fabulous view of the golf course . It also had a spacious outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. We will definitely stay there again.

My colleague and I were looking for a place to stay our 3rd night on the road this week and were tired of the bland Holiday Inn experience. He found Heritage Hills online and, being off-season, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. When we arrived, the front desk agent was friendly, efficient, and got us set up with a rate under $100/night each plus tax. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was VERY quiet at night - unlike the Holiday Inn where people are slamming doors, car alarms are going off all the time, and sirens are heard in the distance. The Ale house and restaurant above it were both great. The bartender we were interacting with in the evening was very friendly and attentive. In the morning, we had breakfast and espresso at the restaurant above, and the ambiance and service were excellent. Downtown York is just a short drive away and features some great bars / restaurants that were all busy on a Tuesday night. I'd definitely recommend Heritage Hills over a chain hotel when visiting the York, PA area.

After we booked with the old coordinator, we have a few headaches. Emily stepped in and made it all right. She was super great to work with, attention to every detail, left us with no stress of wondering how things would operate. The views from the Garden and Terrace were amazing and came out great in the pictures

Stayed one night here after leaving another hotel due to a bad experience. This hotel was inviting, nice decor, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Immensely nicer than a different hotel close by.
