Broad Run Golfers Club in West Chester, PA, is hands down one of the best public courses in the area. The breathtaking views are unlike anything else you’ll find in this region of Pennsylvania, making it a must-play for anyone who wants to experience the natural beauty of the area while enjoying a round of golf. Every time I’ve played here, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The course is exceptionally well-maintained, with pristine greens and fairways that reflect the care and effort put into its upkeep. It’s a fun and challenging course that provides a rewarding round for golfers. Would NEVER recommend this course to a beginner 😂 One thing to note is the steep hills, which add both character and a bit of caution to your round. Driving a cart here requires care, especially for those unfamiliar with the terrain. For anyone with a fear of heights, the steep slopes might feel intimidating at first, but they are manageable with a little caution. The clubhouse is probably the only minor downside. While it has a bar where you can grab a drink and relax after your round, it lacks the size and amenities of larger clubhouses. A more robust pro shop and a dedicated restaurant area would enhance the experience, but it’s a small trade-off considering how phenomenal the course itself is. If you’re in the area, Broad Run Golfers Club is a course you don’t want to miss. It’s a place I’ve played countless times, and every round has been a joy. The stunning views, challenging layout, and excellent course conditions make it a standout in the region. Just be sure to drive those carts responsibly—this is one course where safety matters!

The course was in great shape and challenging. It's the first time I have ever played this course, hilly, pretty wide open and green and well maintained for have not getting any rain recently. Never have played a course where the tees were so far apart, but would love to play again.

Challenging but fun course. Beautiful scenery. Be prepared to get some steps in!

The course is a fun challenge... BUT one major complaint is the LACK OF PIN POSITION on the course. They use the same color flag on every hole.. and zero pin position is given - so you have no idea if the pin is in the front, middle or back. For the HIGH price to play - you would think they would invest in EITHER different color flags or provide a simple pin position sheet daily. My guess - they are too lazy for either and just expect people to guess. This causes delays with golfers guessing and an overall poor experience for lower handicap golfers. Will I go back... sure - but it is not high on my list. Once a year I go and every time I am reminded that its a guessing game there for pin positions.

Very challenging golf course in great shape. Need to be shape to play this course because of the hills. Very well maintained. Starter and other staff extremely professional and very, very, very friendly. They had a Ranger who was just as nice and friendly as well
