Red Maples is a community-style course where the atmosphere stays easygoing and the golf stays straightforward—perfect for casual groups and repeat local play. The best rounds come from keeping the ball in play and treating greens with respect, because putting and approach distance control tend to decide scores here. It’s an ideal spot to sharpen your scoring clubs: lots of realistic wedge and mid-iron situations that translate directly to better golf elsewhere. Pace is typically friendly, making it a good option for golfers who want an efficient day without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s dependable Waymart-area public golf: approachable, repeatable, and built for enjoyment.

I played here with Rick, my son in law groundskeeper, and my daughter, Rick's wife. He's only played a few times, but he was well on his way, to loving this sport. First time for my daughter. We had a great time! Great 9 hole for sure. Sadly, they were both involved in a motorcycle accident days later. My daughter survived bc of her helmet. Rick did not. He wasn't wearing one. RIP Rick. Go get that hole in one! 💔⛳️

What a great nine-hole course ! The owners keep the course in tip-top shape, too ! Reasonable rates, as well !

This was my first visit and it would probably be a 5 star if I came here more often, they use the BYOB method so it's a great place to come play and have some beers. Its 9 holes but very "friendly" great for a casual or competitive game. I will definitely be back and it was a great price with little to no wait time.

The lady at the front desk acted like I broke into her house in the middle of the night and demanded service. I'm visiting from out of state and she was so rude when I didnt know the procedures of their course. Dont have people with terrible people skills interact with customers! She really put a damper on our golf afternoon.

Played here on a weekday for the first time with some friends. This is a shorter 9-hole course, about 2,100 yards, but still had some good challenge. Easy to walk. The course was in excellent condition, really fun to play, we had such a good time that we went around twice. Very inexpensive and wasn't crowded.
