Rittswood is a Western PA public course with a relaxed, local-regulars feel and a layout designed for repeat rounds. The course typically rewards keeping the ball in play and choosing conservative targets into greens, making it approachable for a wide range of golfers. It’s a strong league course—welcoming atmosphere, comfortable pace, and strategy that remains interesting as you learn it. Scoring tends to come from steady iron play and putting rather than trying to overpower holes. Overall, it’s dependable Beaver County daily-fee golf: friendly, repeatable, and built for steady scoring.

Nice family run golf course. Our league has played here for several seasons.

Friendly staff. Good layout. Greens very good condition. Fairways a little rough but we have been in a drought. Pricing very competitive

Some very unfair negative reviews here. Even beginning golfers should understand golf etiquette before stepping on to a course. No courses allow groups larger than 4. And 7 players, particularly beginners, will ruin the experience for EVERYONE on the course behind them. It is true that should have been caught before they went to hole 1. But every public course in the country would have responded exactly as they did at Rittswood.
