Worst golfing experience ever. They claim to have two tee boxes, but we only ever saw the white teebox. I wouldn't even describe them as teeboxes - more like crabgrass. The fairways were uncut and unrecognizable. Look at the photos. Those PVC pipes are the flags for the greens. Be careful traversing from hole to hole as you experience garbage and graffiti of the inner-city. #neveragain

I'd rate 2.5 stars if I could, but have to go with 3. Juniata Golf Course is OK. Very casual. Collared shirt optional. Difficult to tell where the fairways end and rough begins. The greens are not in great shape either. If you’re a serious golfer, you probably won't like it. If you want to get some inexpensive practice, this may be good for you. Canned beers in the club house, but minimal selection.

This is not the pristine course you would host a tournament at but for the location, price, and accessibility it was fantastic. Course was solid and had quite a bit of variation and layout was fun. Staff was nice. Pace was acceptable for a place that allows walk ins only. Some tee box signs were confusing.

Not the best course around, but cheap and sufficient. The grounds could definitely use some work, but woman working there was lovely and the 18 holes were well worth the price. There’s no starter coordinating Tee times, so if you’re a stickler for punctuality and organization then this might not be the right course for you. Also I wasn’t able to find a way to reserve times online, just over the phone, which seemed like an out-of-date system and an easy fix.
