Updated 8/11/25. I had the first tee time on a Monday morning. Everyone I encountered in the clubhouse and on the course was courteous and friendly. The clubhouse is very nice for a stop during or after your round. The course itself was in fair shape for this time of year with little rain the past two weeks. Mtce was out watering greens to keep them in good shape, with the exception of more than a few pitch marks. On two holes my putt hit one I didn’t see and made a left turn after hitting it. There were many broken tees on the tee boxes likely from a busy weekend. I did see a mtce worker raking them up on the back 9. Several of the tee markers looked like they had not been moved in a while as ground between them was very chewed up. The tee box on 13 is “turtle backed” and needs leveled. The course plays shorter than the tee markers indicate on several holes so double check your yardages and don’t hesitate to play the blue tees. My average drive is about 215-220 and I had wedge or 9 iron into more than a few par 4’s Played July 2024 This course has very poor control of their tee times and course. On a Saturday morning they had a group of walkers and several groups that were 5’somes. After reading other reviews complaining about this, it appears Norvelt allows this on a regular basis. It is an issue. That is why almost all other courses do not allow this, especially on a weekend morning. How do you expect to keep a decent pace of play when allowing this?

Great local course, fairly priced, Luke's Links is good for beginners, restaurant has good food and drinks. Just with the tee times were spread out a bit more, sometimes it gets backed up too much.

The course is immaculate. The greens were like putting on glss. The fastest ive ever played. Fairways are perfect & weekday prices for 18 with2 & a cart was 40$ even. So worth it!!!

Was there with a great group of guys. Enjoyed the course. Hole in one on 16. Great day of golf.

We golf here every chance we get. Both courses are always very well maintained, the staff is always friendly, the prices are fair across the board, the carts are clean and maintained. It’s a hidden gem in the area. Everyone that plays there are very friendly and patient.
