Beauty course. A lot of work done on the tee boxes. The club pro Ben was very nice and helpful. Excited to come back and play more

Middletown is a really awesome public course. The pricing is pretty reasonable. I went recently and the course was pretty fine, the greens specifically were slightly damaged, some greens have cart tracks in them and stuff - but it really didn't change much, and they are in the process of growing grass there. Just reporting the condition. I still had a blast and I will be going back. - there are tons of insects, for whatever reason. Bring spray.

Fun and challenging layout. Tee boxes are pretty rough, some of the fairways and greens are patchy. A bit over priced for the current conditions. It has been very hot and dry so I’m sure that doesn’t help. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the course, especially the starter.

Guy running the pro shop is a real piece of work. Rude, disrespecful, condescending. Starter wasnt much better. Course is pricey for what they're putting out there. Some decent areas of play. A lot of patchy green/fairways, destroyed tee boxes, tire tracks on 2 greens?! I'd recommend saving your money and playing elsewhere. A ton of local courses in better shape, far nicer staff and cheaper than this place.

Absolutely disgraceful. I only wish there was a minus 10 option!! 84$ for a course where there were actual tire tracks on more than one green. I've been playing for over 30 years, I would rank this place as top 3 worst conditions I've ever played on. And pace of play was horrible also. The owners should either put some money in repairing this place or sell it. I couldn't stress strongly enough to seek any other option over playing this disaster. To charge the same as courses like makefield and 5 ponds is borderline insane. Stay away at all costs, you've been warned.
