Conestoga is a classic Lancaster private club with a traditional feel—members-first, community-driven, and built around repeat play. The course rewards steady positioning and approach control, especially when greens and surrounds demand smart misses and confident speed on putts. It’s a layout where your score is often decided by the quality of your approach shots and your ability to avoid short-siding yourself. The club atmosphere typically blends competitive member golf with a social rhythm, making it easy to treat the day as both golf and community. Familiarity pays off as you learn preferred targets and safe sides of greens. Overall, it’s refined Lancaster private golf: traditional, strategic, and designed for regular play.

Nice community of people. The Conestoga country club has been here for 75 years (as of 2023) and has never let down. The golf holes are really nice and overall it is a beautiful course. The food is nice and the swimming pool is always refreshing especially after a nice game of golf. The staff is great and the events will give you a great time. We have been members for 2 years and we will definitely stay for the years to come.

The menu is excellent. Lot's of great options. Fish is always fresh. Tonight, the Halibut special was great....Vegetables were perfectly cooked. Service was a little slow, but the staff is very friendly and personable. Look forward to going back.

Well-appointed venue with excellent food and attentive staff. Seats 110 with a band and dance floor.

Fun and charming course overall. It's certainly not gimmicky, but some of the holes are a little dated, and the cart paths need a lot of work. Staff are friendly, and the food is decent.
