Beautiful course, today was the first day I have came back here since the new renovation of the club house and it was awesome. While we waited for our tee time we were able to use the golf sims to warm up. All the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The course overall was excellent, very well maintained fairways and greens. Definitely top 3 courses I’ve been to in the area so far. Plus the carts had screens on them which is pretty cool since not many public courses around the areas have them.

This was my first time at The Burgess, and it was awesome! Food was delicious. Jack, our bartender was great. We will definitely be back.

I recently hosted my daughter’s baby shower at the Burgess Restaurant at Jeffersonville Golf Club, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely spectacular. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for such a special celebration. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care. (special shout out to Kelly!) They were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, which made all the difference for both me and my guests. A special thank you to Chris Murtin, the manager, who was exceptional to work with. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. It was clear he takes great pride in making events truly special. The food was outstanding—delicious, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful everything was! Planning an event can sometimes be stressful, but the team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was able to relax and fully enjoy the day with my daughter and our loved ones, which meant so much. If you’re looking for a venue for a special event, I highly recommend Burgess Restaurant. They helped make a very meaningful day absolutely perfect.

Jeffersonville Golf Club is hands down one of the best public courses in the state. I’ve been lucky to play in two tournaments here this summer, and the course is always in spectacular condition. While there are plenty of opportunities for birdies, you still have to earn them, which makes the course both challenging and rewarding. The first hole always kicks my butt, but it sets me up for the rest of the round. The food is excellent, and the drinks are reasonably priced—perfect for unwinding after a great round. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience every time, and I highly recommend it!

Great course, great challenge. The greens are typical Donald Ross and a 3 putt can be welcomed depending on the diabolical pin placement that day. Tough tee sightlines for first timers make it a challenge to find the good spots in the fairway.
