Blackthorne is a modern-feeling public course that’s known for delivering a polished “big course” experience without requiring a membership. The layout tends to offer a mix of scoring chances and demanding stretches, so the key is staying patient and avoiding the double-bogey swing holes. You’ll generally score best by keeping tee shots in position and committing to conservative targets into greens when hazards or tough pin locations tempt you into aggression. It’s a strong option for groups and outings because the facility flow is built to handle volume while still feeling organized. Overall, it’s a Jeannette-area go-to when you want solid conditions, variety, and a round that stays engaging from start to finish.

Breathtaking! Every inch of the place is gorgeous. It is a must see in person venue. It's BYOB so you can customize your bar feels very private and luxurious. Love the terrace and the big fireplace in the lobby.

Anthony and Leah are the kindest people and will go above and beyond for your wedding or event. They’ve been in the event industry for 20 years and know exactly the needs for your wedding or event. The venue is stunning - it offers lush landscaping, a beautiful lobby, two suites, a spacious wedding pavilion, a covered patio for cocktail hour and a rustic/chic ballroom! Anthony and Leah will ensure your event is seamless from start to finish. 10/10 recommend The Club at Blackthorne. Book your tour now!!

I recently just had my bridal shower here and it was perfect! Not only was the space STUNNING, clean, and organized, the owners, Leah and Anthony were EXTREMELY accommodating. They were consistently available to us for any questions we had, they were generous with their photo booth, decorations, and extra spaces that we did not rent, and they are so kind and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your event is perfect. Everyone complimented how beautiful and perfect my shower was, and I felt the same. I cannot recommend The Club at Blackthorne enough for your next event!!
