I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others. My family received a flyer inviting us to visit Eagle Rock Resort, with a promotional gift listed for those who booked an appointment. I filled out the online form with my information, and a representative called to set everything up. I was told I fit the criteria and they were looking forward to having me visit. When I asked about the gift mentioned on the flyer, I was told I'd need to be 35+ (or 30+ if married) to qualify. I explained that my family would be joining me, so I assumed that wouldn't be an issue. The representative, Kelly Kuntz, then questioned whether I actually had the flyer at all, and suggested it wasn't meant to go to my address and wasn't transferable. I sent a photo of the actual flyer to confirm it was mailed to me, which also stated "or current occupant" — so it clearly wasn't restricted to one name. Throughout the call, it felt like Kelly kept introducing new conditions as we went — first it was age/marital status, then whether I actually had the flyer, then whether it was transferable, then whether my name was even on it. Each time I addressed one concern, another would come up, and she became increasingly questioning of me as the call went on. At one point she claimed I'd said my name was on the flyer, which I never said — I pushed back and reminded her I'd already sent proof of the actual flyer. During the call, I also asked Kelly directly if anything else would disqualify me from the gift, and was told no — but that they'd still need to speak with my family and "reevaluate" whether we were a good match, even though nothing had changed from my original form besides adding my mother. A few minutes after we hung up, I received a text from Kelly saying they'd decided to pass on setting up an appointment for my family altogether, despite having already approved and scheduled me individually just before this. The process was confusing and frustrating from start to finish — I had proof of eligibility, met the stated criteria, and was still turned away after being told I qualified, with Kelly raising new questions and conditions at every turn. Based on my experience, I'd think twice before trusting Eagle Rock Resort's promotions or sales process. Outdoors, everything iscatvyour finger tips to be happy till the winter months, great cover. Huge ,water ,sinks ,grills, picnic tables, very clean , paved. Caused stone in parking lots, recreational site. Acres games. Equestrian to watch in a walking distance. Pool side in the hub area and much more. Top notch . A resident must book an event for you, privately, the corporate center will book large gatherings from Industries nearby. You are on your own, but worth it. Call to book

Property owner here (full time)- eagle rock is a nice community. Lots of animals. Lake is closed a lot due to high levels of bacteria. Lots of community events and gatherings. Great neighborhood.

Not only a great ski resort but a great summer place yo stay. They have a beach ,horseback riding.

I bought a piece of land at an inflated price. The land couldbt even be built on due to a stream and the forest next to it. They wanted to buy it back at a fraction of what I bought it for. BEWARE!!!! this is a scam. Wish I would’ve known.
