Unfortunately, my experience at Manor Valley Golf Course left much to be desired. The course layout is extremely open, offering little in the way of challenge or creativity. Poor shots aren't penalized, which might appeal to some beginners but ultimately makes the course feel dull for most golfers. After recent rain, I found the course to be poorly drained compared to others in the area—several holes had soggy spots and standing water. The absence of defined cart paths only made navigating those wet areas more frustrating. On top of the course conditions, my experience was further soured by the interaction in the pro shop. The staff member I spoke with was neither polite nor welcoming, which set a disappointing tone before I even teed off. I only played the first seven holes before calling it a day due to an unreasonably slow pace of play ahead of me, with no signs of improvement or course management stepping in. In short, there are far better golf options nearby—both in terms of course quality and customer experience.

Phenomenal golf course and I could really just leave it at that but when you consider the price this is a must play. If I lived in the area this would be my go to. The greens were challenging but fair and they keep them firm so they rolled very true. I didn't see a single putt bounce or bobble off line. Very well maintained and world class staff. They also maintain a very quick pace, the course was loaded up but we still played in 4 hours. I accidentally left a club out on the course and didn't realize until I returned home (out of state) the staff was very kind and is shipping me my club back.

This is the 6th different course I’ve played this Spring so far in early April, and Manor Valley was by far in the best shape of any. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in good shape, especially the fairways. The back 9 is a fair bit different than the front for a nice variety of holes. Manor Valley is not an overly long course for someone with moderate distance off the tee. There were only 3 par 4s I needed more than a 8 iron into the green. The Wednesday morning I played was mostly senior groups. I played as a single and 4th off, a 4some let me play through on the 4th hole and after that I barely saw the senior 3some then in front of me. A decent pace of play considering about a 20-30 minute frost delay. My favorite holes were the down hill par 5, 5th and downhill par 4 , 17th. They helped my usual 220ish yard drives go about 240+.

Josh and his team were so awesome. We can in from out of town and they turned the lights on for us even though they were not starting night golf until after Memorial Day. Course was great shape everyone had a great time.
