Very well kept fairway and greens. The only thing I saw that needs work on are the cart paths. They are very ruff and in need of repairs.

I usually get out to Victory Hills once or twice per year. My round on 5/29/25 had the course in as good a shape as I can remember. All the recent rain has kept the course lush. The course tends to dry out and get barren in late summer with less rain. Strongly advise playing in the next few weeks vs late summer. All the greens were rolled and in very good shape early in the morning as I was the first to tee off. I echo a prior comment that the greens are deceptively quick, and you don’t want to be above the hole if you can. I hit a couple good approach shots only to have the ball back up by 8-10 feet due to the back to front slope on most holes. One area I was very impressed by was the condition of the bunkers. The long haired gentleman I saw dragging and raking the bunkers was doing an outstanding job. On a constructive note, the tee boxes were primarily in good shape with just a few beat up, notably on a few par 3 holes. Cart paths are not in good shape with many crumbling and a bit of a hazzard. If too costly to repair just take them out in the bad areas. The pro shop area definitely needs updated. I played for $20 on a weekday using the Tee Time Pass, and the cost was more than worth it.

The course is always decent in my opinion. Customer service is great at the front desk, thank you Janice, Tracy, and Lynn for always being kind. Can't beat this place.

The course was in good shape for the first week of March. Cart paths are in rough shape, but other than that, it is a fine golf course for the price. Sunset views on the back 9 were stunning yesterday. Looking forward to playing here again this summer.

This was my first time ever golfing here today, and I had been wanting to try it for a little while. I'm glad I did, but I found some things about it a little odd and confusing. There were no distance markers to the greens (such as for 100 or 150 yards out) on any of the fairways, which made things kind of tough to judge. I played the white tees, but the "yellow" tee markers were also kind of an off white, which made them easy to mix up with until I got used to the course. That seems like a very easy fix. I accidentally teed off on the 15th hole while looking for the 13th before realizing my mistake at the end since they are in such close proximity. Some wayfinding signage would have been helpful to guide me here. I had chosen to walk 18 holes, which I'm kind of glad I did since most of the cart paths are in terrible condition. That part of the course could use some investment. On a positive note, this was a generally pretty course with a nice putting green and practice area. The staff were friendly, and it seemed like a reasonable value for a weekday. The electric robotic mowers (sort of a Roomba style machine) were very quiet and cut perfectly straight paths on fairways and the light rough.
