The Rambler is always a treat! Excellent food and service. The menu changes monthly. Great beer and wine selection. Plus, incredible views. The Chicken Monterrey is a strong recommendation.

Very nice clubhouse. Course is the nicest I've seen in years. Still needs some TLC, but the owners are getting there. Update: What the owners have done with the golf course is AMAZING. Went out yesterday a beautiful fall day, and the course looked fantastic. Greens were very nice. It's definitely my favorite course.

EDITED TO RESPOND: I will never go there and I will always advocate against your establishment. They changed my 10:30 tee time and were supposed to be given 4 tee times from 10:30. Pace of play would have never been an issue if we were served correctly. Called Two weeks prior to having my bachelor party as I knew Riverside was a nice and usually busy course and let them know I’d have 8-12 ppl in a group. I made sure they were aware we had multiple people whom have never golfed before in the party and were going to group up and play scrambles. Was then told it’d be no issue and they’d reserve 4 tee times starting at 10:30. So we planned to do two man team scrambles in two groups of 6 giving us a two tee time head start. Get there at 10:15 and get told my Tee time is 10:20 and we need to tee off now. Like I said before I had new golfers and a big group that needed sorted so this made things impossible to get started on time. We then we getting started and had 2 groups on our tail before we could finish teeing off clearly showing we did not receive 4 tee times as we were getting yelled at by 10:44 in the middle of the fairway for our two man scramble teams in a group of 6. We then split up too avoid further complaints and probably slowed the course down more from their stupidity. I then went to raise my concerns and complain but the same person complaining on the course was the same person I had to complain to. The Manager. Her excuse was “I didn’t say that and I’m the manager so.” Clearly can’t manage well and has no control over her employees or the establishment. Was once my favorite course will now be on my blacklist till new management is established.

The course is excellent. I have played here for years and the current ownership has improved the course to very high standards it is a premier course for the Northwestern Pa. Area. I would recommend this course to all handicaps... Also the restaurant is on the high end of the 1 to 10 value.

I'm from North Carolina. It's always a pleasure to play a round at Riverside. The course is always in good shape. It's worth the trip back to Erie.
