Played here for the first time last night by myself, absolutely stunning views, nice open fairways, a few challenging greens. Shop was unfortunately closed when I got there to play so I couldn’t grab a couple beers but completely understand in slow season and showing up to start at 6, will definitely be back multiple times this summer to play!

Over priced carts, if you need a cart 42.00 (REALLY) for 9 holes? And I thought the drinking age was 21, unless you'r at kohl creek, the person at club house search our cart for beers when we told her yes we had beer and pop, Iam 68 years old don't play golf often, but when I do I think a pop, water, or a beer in 9 holes should be fine. I will be posting this to all the regular golf players to go there with caution. I hope the person at club house gets the help she needs on customer service. It's a pastime game that some of us try to enjoy.

The old lady that works in the clubhouse was so disrespectful and yelled at the wrong group of people. Before you try to confront someone make sure you know it’s the correct group;) Worst experience and will never go back. If you want to get disrespected for no reason go to this place. Again it wasn’t my dad that was slow and you still approached him rudely. It was the group IN FRONT of us. It was a male and a female. And maybe put in your website you don’t except outside carts if your worried about not making money. He brings his for a medical reason, so maybe work on changing the website and saying no outside carts. You are so unprofessional I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this course.

If you want back to nature golfing, this is the place to go. My husband and I golfed here on a Sunday and it was slightly raining. So it wasn't as crowded, but I'm told that it can get a little crowded. There are no houses around to navigate through and that was wonderful. The course itself is a little on the rough side, especially the greens. But I think it is a work in progress and the rates are very affordable. The staff are friendly and I would definitely want to come back again.😀

This was my first long course, despite it being a 9 home course it's not a par 3. The lady at the pro shop was very friendly and welcoming to me as a new golfer. Rates are very fair 20 bucks to play 9 long holes (a mix of par 3s, 4s, and 5s) and it took me a out 2 house to play. I find it to be a better value than shortlands just down the street. The course is absolutely beautiful, it's flat and relatively open, there are wild animals and eagles flying around. Honestly non of the online photos do its beauty justice. You could play at frontier in canby and take the ferry over or play shortlands and have a full day of golf without dealing with the city. Part of the course was in poor condition and part of the course was in great condition. There was obvious signs of them actively repairing the course so by late spring and early summer it should be in great shape. I will definitely be coming back here again in the future.
