Excellent top level resort offering sports, biking, pickleball, gym, golf, acquaticcenter with “Lazy River” and after (or instead of) it all, the $pa. The cuisine is too notch, with price$ to match. This place also has excellent conference facilities for small or large groups. And finally, excellence comes at a price-your credit card will be doing wind sprints.

Surpassed all my expectations. It’s got a lot more to offer than golf with excellent bike paths, river activities, pickleball, etc. Golf courses are nice too. The service is outstanding! It’s like they took the Bandon Dunes playbook and replicated here. Free 24/7 shuttles, they really take care of you here. I wish I spent more time here so need to come back!

Our first time staying at Sunriver Resort and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 3 nights and honestly wished we had booked a longer trip because there’s so much to do for families and kids. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very family-friendly with plenty of activities, walking paths, and things to explore. We traveled with our toddler, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They thoughtfully placed us in a location that was close to everything, which made getting around so much easier with a little one. Being able to walk to nearby amenities and activities was a huge plus for us. What really stood out was the customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to throughout our stay, everyone made us feel well taken care of. That level of hospitality made the trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. The resort itself is well maintained, clean, and has such a fun atmosphere for a family getaway. There’s truly something for everyone, whether you want to relax or stay active. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend Sunriver Resort for families, especially those traveling with young children!

Please note that my overall rating is based on comparing this property against other hotels and resorts within the same caliber and price category. Overall, the experience felt somewhat disorganized and below the level of service I would expect from a luxury resort. Breakfast consistently took 35–40 minutes to arrive after ordering each morning, and at checkout, the staff checked us out immediately at checkout time without first confirming whether we were still inside. Additionally, the on-property restaurant selection felt limited. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Room cleaning was only provided upon request, and even then, the attention to detail was lacking on several occasions. More broadly, the resort gave the impression that it was prioritizing cost savings within the service department rather than delivering a truly elevated guest experience. In hospitality, small touches make a significant difference in how valued guests feel and whether they choose to return. Simple details — such as proactive, thorough daily housekeeping, including organizing and folding items left out in the room — go a long way toward creating a genuine five-star experience. Ultimately, it was the accumulation of these smaller service gaps that kept the stay from feeling truly five-star.

Staying in the Forestbrook loop homes in caldera springs. They are clean, close to the water park and cozy. 2 families can comfortably stay. Upstairs has a bunk bed and 2 couches that can sleep a smaller person. Obviously meant to be a kids room. First level has 2 separate bedroom with their own bathrooms for the parents. We've used the resort for many years now and have never been disappointed. If you want to stay another day, there's always an extension you can ask for. Sometimes the homes aren't booked back to back, the rates can be cheaper for an extension. We love this place.
