I was visiting from San Diego. My in-laws live in Salem. A hidden gem of a golf course in Salem. Had an opportunity to golf with my father in law. The views were absolutely beautiful. Trees and more trees, they all stood beautiful. It was so green, so green money saved. This place is very inexpensive, very friendly. So if your in Salem and want to golf 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Had a nice dinner in their restaurant. Food was very good but they do run out of items so be prepared for a second option. Great staff, friendly and patient.

A decent range to practice. It's been a while since I have done so and was surprised at the cost for a bucket of balls. Not being a member it cost me 10 for about 65 balls. But I got a lot of swings and the wife did too. It was well maintained by the staff and you can hit from grass 5 out of 7 days during the summer. Will return soon.

The dish was a delightful symphony of flavors, coaxing my taste buds into action even amid the dull haze of congestion. Each bite was a tantalizing experience, as the rich textures and complex aromas played a captivating game with my senses, igniting a longing to fully relish every morsel. Despite the limitations of my stuffy nose, the subtle spices danced on my palate, and the vibrant ingredients left a lingering impression that brightened my meal. Strangely enough, the more I indulged, the more nuances I could uncover – a testament to the dish’s exquisite depth... I had to fettuccine alfredo with salmon.

Salem Golf Club is a blast. It is not long, but you better keep it between the trees on this parkland style layout. All the par fives are reachable for bombers. The practice facility at SGC is outstanding. The pace of play on a Saturday was excellent. We walked 18 holes in four hours. This 100 year old layout is a must-see for Oregon golfers. Beautiful old trees lining the course and the fairways and greens are in good condition. Lovely atmosphere, cosy old country feel with beautiful view of the green well landscaped golf course. Excellant breakfast but beware the country gravy is a mite spicy The salad was delicious and the desserts outstanding
