Exelent facility and staff. Enjoyed my conference. Only suggestion is to be sure the food items served are more fresh. The churro's we got were rock hard. Also maybe provide soda options.

The conference center may be ok, but the HOTEL is awful. It's not clean, the rooms are outdated and absolutely horrible. They stink of pet urine, and the staff doesn't clean them. They charge a ridiculous pet cleaning fee and do not follow the health regulations for cleaning. When brought to their attention, they literally shrug their shoulders and glare at you. Management says, oh well, it's a non refundable pet cleaning fee. The Hotel Management will not take responsibility for their inactions. They don't care.

We had our annual meetings and Christmas party here in 2022. The biggest disappointment was the quality of food and the poor service. Our Christmas party dinner was served almost 45 minutes late and then we were rushed out as soon as it hit 9pm although we had barely finished our evening since it was all running late. Our prime rib was very rare and cold. (We like rare meat but it was barely heated and cold and not good at all.) The rest of the dinner was not awful but not what you should get for the price they charge. We were expecting a really nice dinner and it was not good. The holiday desserts was a tiny selection that looked like deli brownies cut up, and some chocolate pudding with giant sprinkles on it. I am sure the Walmart deli sells better quality desserts than they served. The staff were not friendly at all and acted annoyed most of the evening. The meals during our meetings were the same poor quality. The potato salad tasted like a Resers you’d buy at a deli. For the high prices Eagle Crest charges their service and food are not worth it.

This is an absolutely beautiful place. It has great views, incredible staff and is very clean. I would recommend holding your event or meeting here.

This conference center has three very spacious rooms that were perfect for our group of 100+ members.
