Booked a tee time here as we were coming off the 18th green at Juniper, made this the 2nd round of our day. Great course, front 9 is open and back 9 gets tight through the Eagle's Talon but control your club and you'll be fine. Well maintained, fairway and greenside bunkers but more greenside. Great views and friendly staff make this an enjoyable round in Central Oregon.

My 1st 18 holes ever. My husband insists I will love this sport. Well this course in August at 9am was the trick. Absolutely beautiful. I had such a blast. Can't wait to come back.

Advertised as amazing value which could not be further from the truth. The design is nice but the price is steep for the quality. It’s just not maintained well. Dead spots all over the place. Bunkers are basically ground under repair because they don’t maintain them. Even green side bunkers are sketchy. There is clover and weeds. It’s really just not that nice but they still charge almost $100 for it. False advertising! Just call it like it is. Not maintained, formerly nice high desert course but still fun.

Incredibly poor experience and not worth the money at all. First off, maps didn’t have the the club house listed online so we had to ask the hotel front desk for walking directions to which the response was “oh idk they are kinda a separate thing from the hotel but I think if you walk down that road you’ll see it.” Sounds easy enough expect for the fact that there were literally no signs on the walking path to indicate where it was. Great. This then led us to missing our tee time and waiting over an hour to get squeezed into the next available only after we explained the lack of signs (they said they’re not allowed to put them up because of some neighborhood code or something). The pricing was also not great. Our $50 tee time ($100 for 2) quickly turned into ~$300 after club rentals and cart fee. As a Scottsdale, AZ resident (obvi a golf hot spot ) this seemed abnormally high, especially with how unprofessional things were. For instance, when we went to hit some range balls while we waited, we realized we weren’t even given the correct clubs (LH instead of RH). Finally, we got out and enjoyed ~12 holes before we had to leave due to the hour late start. After driving back to the clubhouse via the parking lot, we tried to return the cart but couldn’t find the marked path and one of the pro shop guys came out rudely said “yea so that’s definitely NOT the right way.” When I mentioned it’s because the lack of signs he just sarcastically responded with “weird. well that isn’t normally an issue for people so…” Sure, the course was beautiful but I had a hard time enjoying it because of how unprofessional the experience was and how no one had any hospitality inclination to make things right. Heck, a discount and an apology for the confusion would’ve got a long way. My suggestion: hotel property and golf shop need to figure their stuff out and work together, I’d ditch the cart fee (most courses in AZ do and I’m shocked we had to pay tbh), get the dudes in the pro shop training on how to talk to customers, and for the love of god post some signs. I’d leave 1 star but businesses can wrongly delete them as spam.

The course is mid, and the service is putrid. God forbid there is anything out of the ordinary, because the customer service is beyond horrid. I had to deal with one Luann who absolutely could not contain herself when she was unable to refund a security deposit on some clubs. This was not handled in any semblance of a professional manner and very much showed the short comings of this establishment. I will not be back, and I would recommend anyone else to to just about anywhere else than eagle crest
