Absolutely stellar customer service every time I come in here and there’s so many people offering to help. The attitude is great in here. Everyone is very friendly and they have so many different options. You can spend a lot of time in the pro shop. They offer free professional fittings as well as a golf analyzer to dial your swing in, and they have great prices on new MSRP items. Highly recommend visiting the shop, you won’t be disappointed.

Came in to have my grips replaced with MCC alignment grips. After playing a few rounds I noticed some of the clubs were off, meaning that the alignment was not centered correctly. I talked to a pro and he said the grips being alignment grips must be centered correctly. I brought them in to be gripped properly and was told that only two were off and several others were only slightly off. I had to insist that they be regripped properly before they would do it. This shows poor quality of work and poor customer service. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Great experience here. My golf bag was left at the Eugene airport and the managers, Chris and Trent, went way out of their way to help get them shipped back to me. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they stepped in and made it happen. On top of that, the shop is excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about golf. Awesome customer service and a great selection of equipment and apparel. Highly recommend if you’re in Eugene.

Friendly staff from the range to the pro shop! Also clean facilities with amazing prices. Even the pro shops prices were very fair. I needed a new driver and these guys made sure to get me the right one. I brought my current driver and we tested it out on their launch monitor to see what the issues were. Then we tried a new shaft in my driver, and that fixed a lot of issues. But then I asked if I could try a entirely new driver, and Jakob had no problems with that. He spent two hours with me to make sure we got the right one. And at no point did I feel pressured to buy any one thing. This is a great place for s game of golf. They also have s very nice driving range to hit a bucket of balls before you play a round of golf. Plus if you need help with your swing you they have some top notch teachers that can help. Also you can purchase anything for your game here. Go check it out. Great place with friendly staff members. I previously went to Club Champion to get fitted for clubs, and this experience was better BY FAR! I will go back here in a heartbeat.
