We thought that this would be a good change, we are still currently living here but once we got our apartment we came in and it wasn’t cleaned at all, they did nothing about it when we talked to them about it. It was also infested with roaches soon move in which all they did was spray and we still see an occasional roach running around. There was hairdye all over the doors and still is because they did nothing about it I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. If they are willing to give out an apartment that looks filthy just goes to show how good they are. The other issue we’ve been having is their maintenance. They had left the ac unit unclean which was driving our electric bill up the wall to a whopping 446 dollars. So ofc we wanted to get compensation for that bill as it wasn’t our fault that it was that high and we’ve still gotten nowhere with this no response back nothing. DO NOT SIGN UP. They convinced me to not do auto pay because it was "more paperwork." Then I paid as I came in, even came in after my membership was over to settle up, then get calls months later that their system shows I was still missing a payment. What? I literally came in after my membership when you called, and paid my remaining balance. I quit due to them having numerous groups of 8+ players slowing down pace all the time, mixed with poor course conditions, then they add scam payments to their list of skills. Save yourself some pain and find a reputable course that cares about their members and the sport.

What a wonderful experience ! I flew in from Charlotte for work .. my hotel was close by to the links at memorial . Wonderful hospitality, really fun and challenging course ! Very convenient! The staff was really accommodating knowing about my travel and had everything I needed and more! Hopeful I see them again!

GOLF COURSE REVIEW: $30 for a 9 hole course that’s in pretty bad shape. The greens are beat up and patchy. There’s tree stumps and piles of sticks everywhere, divots and crevasses all over the fairways. You can go play la fortune par 3 or lit’l links for $30. Or $15 more and enjoy full 18 hole courses in town in much much better shape.

The rent is reasonable and we have a nice view of a golf course. However, there are some downfalls to this place and “you get what you pay for” is a true statement here. We have complained on several occasions about our AC. It runs non stop in the summer because the units old and they will not replace them. Electric gets real expensive because of that. (Over $200/mo for a 2 bedroom to keep cool) The swimming pool is very nice but if you work a 9-5 job, you can only enjoy it on the weekends because the pool closes at 6pm every day! The property manager has demonstrated an intimidating behavior towards me and other residents that voiced their complaints and is unwilling to accommodate any changes. I would recommend talking with other residents here before choosing this place.
