Just tried Jasper Hills. First ones out on Fri April3 2026. Young guy greeted us kindly and lets us go out first since first tee time group hadnt arrived. Course was in great shape for early spring. Had a great experience. Finished at 1130am and parking lot was full for lunch. Good to see small rural town succeed. Read a few neg reviews and was shocked how wrong they were. Will be back.

Played Jasper yesterday and it honestly felt like the kind of course you hope every round will be. The layout is clean, challenging without being punishing, and every hole feels like it was designed with intention. Fairways were in great shape, greens rolled true, and the overall maintenance was top tier. It strikes that perfect balance where it’s enjoyable for a casual round but still keeps you locked in shot after shot. Easily one of those places you walk off thinking, “yeah, that was exactly how golf is supposed to feel.”

We love the course, even though it’s pretty challenging! The clubhouse and bar and grill are always a favorite stop as well. Mady was a great bartender/waitress. Hopefully they get sweet potato fries someday (: The front 9 does not have a bathroom. I still can’t believe courses today still lack this basic MUST HAVE feature. Seriously. Even a portapotty like the back 9, but honestly a building is best. PLEASE. Anyways, great course, great food, great service.

Great course conditions and value for the price! Tees, fairways and greens are all in great shape! It was a busy Sunday and I played in 4 1/2 hours teeing off around 11am. Would be a $80-100 course if it was in Dayton, Columbus, or Cinci. Great value at $59 on a weekend.

Excellent golf course. Great layout with perfect greens. Staff was great and friendly. Nice practice putting green. It was a fun day.
