This is the most confusing golf course I’ve ever played. The course itself is nice with some of the purest greens I’ve played in Ohio. Nice fairways and decent tee boxes. That is where the fun stops. This is not a $75 round of golf. The day starts in the pro shop that has not seen an upgrade since the 70’s. The gentleman in the pro shop didn’t seem to want to be there and certainly didn’t care that we were. The bathrooms would make a fantastic haunted house. And the hot dogs are prepared in a small pot of boiling water. The cart paths are either pristine stamped concrete (2 holes) or resembling the surface on Mars. The carts sound like dirt bikes, yet are incredibly comfortable and have GPS. I left feeling confused and out $75. Also it was a beautiful Saturday and the course wasn’t even close to full. Whoever the jokester running this course is, needs to take a business class because he is burning money.

3.8 overall rating is way out of date. I just played this track and it is one of the hidden gems in northeast Ohio. Course is in excellent condition, the greens / tee boxes are lush, and the fairways are firm but soft. I’ve played courses in the area that are charging $20 more for worse conditions. The green keepers are definitely earning their money…

Played 18 there course was in overall good shape. Cart paths were very rough for the price you pay to play. Very dated clubhouse.

I’m in Florida and I came up last week for a mini vacation. I was born and raised in Ohio played a lot of golf courses around. They weren’t that good so we decided to play Pleasant Valley Medina went on the reviews and found a bunch of reviews talking about cartpath how bad they are and I can’t ride with three people on a card and they wouldn’t let us. I’ll never come back again Even the clubhouse is old. I played this course back in 1987. It was beautiful so I was skeptical and was gonna change the teatime when I got there. The people inside the clubhouse are very pleasant jokingly happy it was a little pricey, but when I played this course, the car pass were bad not too bad, but not Good. Clubhouse was OK normal clubhouse but we played 18 holes. I never seen a better course condition in Pleasant Valley the fairways were excellent at 18 greens we played. I never seen any marks on those greens that weren’t manicured except for peoples divots that seem to not want to fix. I was very very pleased with this course and I don’t want to hear anybody Saying stupid stuff like all the carts or this or that I’ll play that course every time I come up Ohio now $78 or whatever the price they said it was we only paid 58 thank you pleasant Valley for a pleasant golf experience. I will play you again many times and I’ll tell everybody about you. Thank you you

The man at the cash register on a Thursday at 9am was very rude and should be fired. Because I said they should have a cart boy get carts he said if you don't like it go somewhere else. I will. Also on the high side for green fees and the cart paths are terrible.
