If this course was a person it would be in hospice care. And you cannot say that it is early in the season as I've already played Kyber Run, Denison (👍👍), and Columbus Metro Courses Blacklick and Raymond (👍) and all are in a far far better maintained condition. I've played this course since the 1990s and it was one of my favorites with great views, well maintained fairways, immaculate greens, and with sand in the traps. In the last several years under new ownership it has suffered greatly. It has been YEARS since anything was done with the traps (pictures posted, and sadly not the worst looking of the traps). The tee boxes are ugly, the greens only so so, and the once lush fairways can now often only mockingly be described as "grass". It breaks my heart but I doubt I will ever play here again.

Been there two times in the last year good layout way over priced for what your getting ($50.00ON A TUESDAY) bunkers terrible, cart path same. Lot of courses close by that are better for less money

The course management here is definitely the worst I’ve seen in Ohio. Almost every tee box is almost 50% dirt and mud. Huge spots of grass missing in many fairways and even greens. And some of the bunkers look like they haven’t had sand added to them in YEARS. Entirely filled dirt and rocks. Really disappointing because the layout of the course is actually exceptional. The only saving grace is they did have a good hotdog at the turn, and all the staff we spoke to was nice and friendly. If the course was in order would’ve been an easy 5 stars.

A friend and I played a very nice round of 18. We found the staff friendly, pace of play was good and the tees, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. It is true the traps are under construction and a drop is permitted. At a $35 senior rate the course is a great value!

Glade I ignored the reviews. Course looks really good, and comparing to what I was reading, has come a very long way. It's also more challenging than say, Willow Run. Main complaint that I have are the fairways are still a little too damp and the ball basically just implants itself as soon as it lands on some, and others very little bounce. However, most of the fairways are now lush and the greens are in good condition. You can tell they are in the process getting rid of some bunkers, but there are some that are still there, and they might as well not be as they are near cement hard. But, its a process and I see where they are going with said process. Overall, really enjoyed the experience, don't let old reviews deter you!
