From the second we met Whitney we knew this experience was going to be exactly what we were looking for. She is on top of everything and she truly made this the most stress free day of my life. Stonewater is not only absolutely beautiful, but the food was incredible and our guests raved about it. I trusted Whitney with all our Decor and she went above and beyond what I even dreamed of. I am so grateful for our experience and I will definitely be having future parties at this venue. Thank you so much Whitney and Team!!

Whitney and her team are top notch professionals! Every detail was handled as I had asked, leaving me able to enjoy the party! We had brunch for the ladies and golf for the guys — everyone enjoyed the day and was taken care of. The food was delicious! Whitney had options to meet all the different dietary needs, especially gluten free! I ordered the recommended amount of dessert and I should have doubled it because my guests were asking for more! I highly recommend StoneWater Golf Club & Venue and Whitney for any event that you want done perfect!

Stonewater Golf Club had been on my bucket list, and I finally got to play there in mid-October. The greens had recently been aerated and top-dressed with fertilizer, which I expected based on their website. However, the combination of the top dressing and chemical fertilizer made putting quite tough. The rainy weather slowed the greens down, but they still rolled fairly true despite the conditions. One upside to the gloomy weather was that I practically had the course to myself. Stonewater’s clubhouse is impressive, with a restaurant that gives off a high-end country club vibe…probably the best I’ve seen. I also booked a private lesson with their head pro, Bryan Huff, and he did not disappoint. His teaching setup, right next to the clubhouse, is top-notch, complete with Trackman technology where you can hit out of a covered area into the driving range. I highly recommend booking a lesson with him if you're looking to improve your game. The course itself is beautiful, offering a variety of unique holes and plenty of strategic options off the tee. Many of the fairways and greens are well-guarded by large, deep bunkers, and there’s a fair share of water hazards to keep things interesting. The golf carts ran smoothly and were equipped with GPS screens, which was a nice touch. Houses line several of the holes, and they do sit pretty close, so this course is likely better suited for more experienced golfers. It’s not overly hilly, but the course layout is fantastic and offers plenty of challenges. There were a few areas under repair on the front nine, where they were regrowing grass or reworking bunkers. The back nine had even more construction, with several holes getting new bunkers installed. Despite the maintenance and aeration, I still had a great experience, and the green fees were reasonable given the conditions. In peak season, you could easily pay $100, so it’s worth coming back once the renovations are done. I’d love to see this course on a sunny day and check out all the new improvements.

Great country club like golf course for a decent price. Was once a country club, but now public. Course was very nice. Cool layout with lots of water and challenges. Was in great shape for the time of year (played in mid-Oct). Greens were slightly furry, but that is expected for winter golf. Would definitely like to go back and play again. Restaurant also looked good, but I didn't eat there this time.

Where do I even begin? We had a WONDERFUL experience at Stonewater. We hosted our wedding there on 9/14, and the day was everything I could've imagined it would be - and more. I attribute that to Whitney and her team. From the moment we signed the contract last summer, I knew Whitney was going to ensure we had the absolute best experience. She was incredibly responsive, creative, helpful and caring. She made it easy to not feel a bit of stress throughout the entire wedding planning process! She even went above and beyond what I'd expect by providing creative ideas, a list of vendors she has worked with in the past and also just being honest about how she'd recommend we do things - without feeling any sort of pressure. While Stonewater is absolutely gorgeous and that was a main reason we loved the space, we had heard the food was exceptional, and that was super important to us. Whitney's sister Kathryn, who is the Executive Chef, BLEW US AWAY at the tasting with loads of options to choose from. We had the hardest time deciding what to pick, because everything was that good!!! The day of the wedding, I couldn't even believe how beautiful the venue and all of the food displays turned out. The staff at Stonewater did not miss a beat, and every single table (there were 19 plus a head table!) were nearly served at the exact same time with hot meals.
