This course is 45 minutes from my home so I played here several times a year. Always in great shape. Tee boxes are nice. Several to choose from for your game style. Keep it in the fairways for best playability. Rough is not too deep so it's not too difficult to play out of. The greens are undulating and not so easy to read. Lag putts are good here. Just wish people would fix their ball marks. There is a driving range across the road for those that really need to warm up. Avoid the trees. Good luck. Play well.

The course is relatively good, and I’ve been playing here for years, however my most recent experience resulted in me being turned away and scolded for not scheduling a tee time. This, after being told specifically that it is not required to schedule a tee time. We went to woody ridge and were treated better and got on immediately. Maybe someone working in the clubhouse was having a bad day, but I likely won’t be back for quite some time.

Got there scheduled a 6 man tee time. We proceeded to split up and play two groups. Then the lady’s from the front desk started following us around the course saying we weren’t following the rules. Wouldn’t let us place peacefully. Valley View is a joke I would not recommend!!!!!

This was a nostalgic return to the first course where I played in a golf league. It had been 25 years since I played this course and it was just as I remembered. Literally from the clubhouse to the course, it's the same. Clubhouse could use some TLC, course could use some watering. Greens were and remain lightening fast, like putting on concrete. Great course to play on the weekends for the price for certain. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in fact, everyone we met were friendly. It is a very fun course to play, wish it was closer to where I live now (an hour drive). The picture is hole one, white tee box area. After I drove the green on hole 1, I switched to blue tee boxes for the rest of the round.

Nice golf course. Very well maintained for a public course. Relaxed dress code. Be sure to call before and make sure they're open.
