This golf course has improved a lot in the last 10 years or so. It used to be a wet venue and then they did extensive tiling work around 8 years ago. The fairways were in perfect condition as were the greens and tee boxes. The course is a very fair and playable course except for the 16th hole which has very steep uphill green after you hit your drive. You need to check the distance and the add two or three clubs to get there I would have graded this course as 5 stars except for the rip off on the cart fee. On the weekend the posted price - see photo - is $23 to walk and $45 to ride per person. That’s $22 additional to ride. My group and I have played about 130 different courses in Ohio and Florida over the past 20 years and have never paid this exorbitant price to ride. They also have an up charge of 3.5% if you use a credit card. This is a metro parks owned course and frankly it leaves a bad taste when a course is owned and maintained with taxpayer money with exorbitant fees and up charges.

35 for 9 holes is insane! Can go play nicer tracks than this for that cost, not so much the green fees but cart cost almost same price as the round of golf is crazy and to not even advertise them but basically charge what they want depending on the day! Prices wasn’t even this high during peak inflation in 2022. So they can’t use that as an excuse.

Used to love this course but now they consistently over book their tee times. I have come twice so far this year and both times 9 holes took 3 hours to play. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Great course to play, challenging. Staff is excellent as well

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a golf course. Staff went into my buddys personal bag without permission and removed items instead of simply addressing it with him first—completely unprofessional and invasive. The course itself is in terrible condition. Fairways and greens look like they’re under construction or haven’t been maintained properly. On top of that, the pace of play was painfully slow—it took us 5 hours to get through 18 holes. Definitely not worth the $50+ or the hassle. Would not recommend.
