One of the nicer tracks in the Columbus area, conditions are overall good! Tee boxes are getting a lot of wear and tear. Not the longest course, par 70 but a fun challenge. New clubhouse, bar and patio look amazing.

I'm impressed by how friendly the staff is here, from the pro shop to the starter and rangers. On my round yesterday, my cart stopped moving on the 13th hole. I called it in, and they responded immediately coming right out to the hole to fix it and make sure everything was working perfectly. As a member, this is definitely one of my favorite courses to play. Great quality all around!

I play this course on a regular basis. The last time was 10/04/2024. Course is EXCELLENT condition considering the severe drought we've been in. Bunkers are actually playable (unlike most public courses for the same price range) and well maintained too. The staff there on Friday were awesome! Gentleman in club house greeted us in a kind and warm manner, the bartender was quick and attentive. She even gave a great recommendation with their cigar selection!

Showed up early for my tee time on a Sunday to practice. Pro shop said the practice green was closed for a private class. It's the only area to practice. No notice or compensation. Asked one of the people in the private class what it ran them $200. Good to see the course is double dipping while screwing over the patrons.

Glenross has clearly invested heavily in the clubhouse, and the renovations are awesome. Unfortunately, the course experience doesn’t quite match the price tag. At $140 for 9 holes ($41/person), expectations run high. The course itself is in decent shape, but a few things brought the experience down: the carts are pretty bare-bones with no modern features, roughly half the hole yardage signs were missing (a real inconvenience for club selection, jk but it’s the little things), and the pond near the clubhouse had a strong sulfur smell that made the whole surrounding area hard to enjoy. For an $82 round, I’d also expect the greens to be in better condition than what we found. The bright spot? The starter was genuinely friendly and welcoming… great first impression. It feels like the renovation budget took priority over course upkeep since completion which is understandable, but hopefully the playing conditions catch up soon. Potential is definitely here, new owners might be “cash cowing” tho.
