Had a great time. Proshop staff were nice and helpful recommending what ball I should try out. It was very busy but got through the round in pretty good time considering. They are also redoing and adding tee boxes. Will be nice once finished. Also heard they are going to be working on cart paths as well. It’s nice to see them investing back into this beloved city course! My group will def be back throughout the summer.

There is some construction, but love what they’re doing to the course. They’ve done great job of keeping holes open and the fairways and greens are better than I’ve ever seen them.

I had an exceptional experience at this golf course. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with fairways that roll cleanly and greens that are fast, true, and thoughtfully designed. The staff deserves special mention—they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a great experience from start to finish.

At the moment the course is under going a make over. They are managing it the best they can and the course is still open for play. Be patient because it will be worth it once the renovations are complete. Some of the best views in the city. Thanks for updating the course!!!

Horrible experience on Sunday, May 17, 2026! We were a 2some with a 2:39pm tee time. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our tee time. We booked to play the Hills Course. The ranger start house and clubhouse do not communicate. Extremely disorganized! What a big cluster mess! In 20 minutes we were changed 3 times back and forth from the Hills Course to the Dales Course and then back to the Hills Course. Absolutely ridiculous! We finally started on the Hills Course....it was backed up with 5 different golf groups. All we did was wait. I was ready to leave the golf course! Tee times needs to be further apart. Finally got started on the Hills Course, hole 1 was in very poor shape. Hills Course was still backed up. We switched over to the Dales Course since no one was on that course. Several tee boxes on the Dales Course were torn up. This was my second time playing Community Golf Course and will be my last. Will never play golf there again! Other golf courses I have played are ran much better and much more organized than Community Golf Course.
