Beyond awful. Don't say I didn't warn you. Over $100 for it's current condition is criminal. Absolutely terrible shape from tee to green. The tee boxes are 3" long... Really? The fairways are even worse. Greens look like they were hit with a hail storm. The driving range is laughable. It's a literal war zone. 5 hour and 37 minute round. It's a complete garbage pit. Might be worth $30 on weekends at 9am.

Played today for the first time. Here’s a few takeaways. 1. One of the friendliest pro shop staff I’ve ever encountered. 2. They closed down their online tee times so you’d have to call in and they could personally tell you they aerated. Class act. 3. Beautiful course, well kept. 4. Greens were great even though they aerated recently. Back 9 felt faster than Front Nine. 5. All the water hazards had some weird gravitational pull towards them. 6. Lost so many balls. The rough was thick and just high enough to fully swallow a matte red Titleist. 7. Wasted money on a pack of hot dogs thinking I could feed the buffalo. I could not. 8. Electric carts were fast and smooth. They didn’t have the Shark Experience which is a major plus in my book. 9. Hat selection left a little to be desired. But they had logo balls, Smather and Branson logo items, good looking polos, belts etc. Sharp looking logo too. 10. Quirky but fun layout. 11. Beautiful clubhouse. Wish I could’ve hung out longer. 10/10 would play again and would recommend to play if you’re in the area.

The Perfect Wedding Venue!!! We are so grateful for choosing the Golf Club at Stonelick Hills for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception site! Communication was excellent with Mike. The entire process working with Mike was perfect and stress free. We received numerous compliments on the delicious food and the beauty of the venue from our guests. The savory meals are prepared and cooked onsite!! The Golf Club at Stonelick Hills is a very unique venue being that the dining area is separate from the bar/dance area, which provides a nice back and forth for those guests wanting a comfortable quiet place to chat and not needing to talk over loud music. If you want to dance or mingle outdoors, there is an elegant stone patio/terrace that overlooks the lake and beautiful grounds. Last but not least, there is a cool tower for guests to climb the stairs up to the top if they want to take in the gorgeous view. We highly recommend the Golf Club at Stonelick Hills! It is a gem! You and your guests will not be disappointed!!

Awesome golf course but be prepared for a rough experience. I’ve now played this course three times. The first two times the range was closed. When paying over $80 for a evening Tuesday round I’d expect the range to be working. The third time I thought ahead and called to see if the range was open. They said “at 2pm it will be”. I get to the clubhouse at 1:45 and they then said “it won’t be open until 2:30”. And of course the range was then on mats only. Also, during the past two rounds I have been stuck behind a league of over 6 foursomes at the turn. At least a warning would be nice, or don’t offer afternoon tee times. The positive is that the course is beautiful. Great layout and scenery. The course itself is the reason I have played 3 rounds here, but this past round was probably my last after the overall crappy experience.
