Prairie Rose Golf Course sits on the north side of Stanley with a straightforward nine-hole, par-36 layout that rewards accuracy off the tee. At 2,973 yards, it's compact enough for walkers yet has enough bite in its par 4s to keep better players engaged. The course dates to 1930 and today features grass greens and watered fairways, a nice contrast to the surrounding prairie. A small practice area - including a driving range - lets you loosen up before the round. Locals flock here for men's and women's nights and a steady summer tournament slate, making it one of Mountrail County's social golf hubs.

Not the same charm as the old clubhouse. Functional, clean and large outdoor under cover eating area. 20.00 a nine hole game. shaded parking. Nice course

I only went there to hit a bucket of golf balls, course looks ok, 1 large bucket of balls which is 60 was $16 I was a bit caught off guard by the price, I'm used to 60 for $6, no selection of clubs or balls either.
