The course has come a long way since the new owners have taken over. Reversing the front and back nine means you finish up right in front of the clubhouse.

This course is the epitome of Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. The front and back 9 are practically two different courses in terms of condition. Hence my scoring will reflect in the format of #F/#B out of 5. The conditions really got into my head so I stopped scoring halfway through the front. Had a great back though. Onto the review. Tee Boxes 3F/2B out of 5 - I started playing the tips which were in reasonable shape, but the other tee boxes had issues ranging from being bare to being placed on a literal slope. Fairways 2F/3.5B out of 5 - There was grass, but there were high spots and some areas that you'd need to move from to get a decent shot. The back was better, but not enough for 4 stars. Greens 1F/2B out of 5 - The "greens" (if you can call them that) were a mess of 70% bare spots/dirt. The 3rd hole has a temporary green. If you can control speed here, you can do it anywhere. The back traded the bare spots for a rough texture resembling the fringe for a 50/10/40 split on rough/dirt/grass. Crazy enough, I swear they replaced the greens in the last decade or so. Bunkers 3F/2.5B out of 5 - I was in a couple bunkers today and had no issues getting out and close to the hole. The reason for the low rating is that there were lakes in some bunkers and the "drainage" tube was visible, with less sand than you'd expect. Amenities 1/5 - Putting green with same 70/30 dirt to green ratio that is present through the front 9. No driving range, just a net and mat set up behind the first tee. Layout 3/5 - I am giving it this grade due to the course conditions. It could be as high as a 4, but bad fairways and awkward tee box placement make it hard to justify. Overall, for the $30 they're charging, I wouldn't play again. I'd rather spend extra and get an enjoyable experience. Google hasn't updated the satellite view so the pictures don't account for the missing green on 3 and other points I mentioned.

Course was in excellent condition!! Played one my best rounds out here. Each hole offers a unique challenge and is beautifully set up. Greens were like soft carpet. Will definitely be returning and course great bargain for the area. Would highly recommend!

To charge that much on a golf course and the fairways not mowed and the tee box wasn't mowed isn't worth it.Don't waste your time or money I will never play there again. At least you can do is mow if you're going to charge premium price for a poor golf course. The worse golf course ive played in that area.

I would give zero stars. See images. $45 Weekday, $55 weekend. You would be better off in your yard. They need to hire a greens keeper and a real crew before it's too late. Also, bridges are about to collapse. Stay away from this place.
