As a single golfer on holiday it’s hard to find a course that will try to accommodate you. Phillip at the shop did just that. He worked with me to bring the Mountain Aire Golf into my stay in West Jefferson. The staff and course was simply amazing. The views, the fairways and the greens were all in amazing condition. The pair I was with (J.R. And Shon, who is a member) treated me with smiles and kindness. Truly appreciate the entire experience here. Ty

Played here today and really enjoyed the experience. Jeff, the starter, was awesome. Super accommodating and friendly, he shared a lot of great tips about the course. Beautiful mountain course for a fair price. Challenging and steep, recommend a cart! Course was in good shape. I really enjoyed my round and will be back.

If I could give more stars, I would, beautiful layout. Everything was nice and green and in perfect condition, Bob and Nancy. We're a couple people, I got to meet and they were awesome on how they were running the course. cannot wait to play it again next time.I am in the area.

Mountain Air Golf Course is easily one of the most visually stunning courses you’ll come across. The 18-hole layout winds through beautiful mountain scenery, with incredible views on nearly every hole that make the round feel special from start to finish. That said, it’s not the easiest course to play. The terrain is very steep in places, which adds a unique challenge but can also make for some tricky footing and uneven lies. One of the biggest difficulties is visibility—many fairways are hard to see from the tee, so course knowledge (or a spotter) really helps. On top of that, there are plenty of lakes and other hazards scattered throughout, which demand accuracy and punish wayward shots. Overall, Mountain Air is a gorgeous but demanding course. It’s a great pick if you enjoy scenic golf and don’t mind a tough, sometimes frustrating round.
