Course is in great shape. Rough is rough so you need to keep it in the fairway. Nice outside socializing area and friendly staff. Early November is prime time for leaf change viewing. A must play course.

If you haven’t been to Grassy Creek in the last few months, you haven’t been to Grassy Creek. The new owners are in the process of revamping the entire course. From the white sand bunkers (the white sand Augusta uses comes from this county) to the gorgeous landscaping to the new restaurant, we are THRILLED to have our home course looking so good. It’s still the best value in this region and a fun yet challenging course. Update: It’s been six months since Helene devastated our region including the back nine of Grassy Creek. I’ve been watching the rebuilding day by day. They’re currently repaving the cart paths on the back nine. There are four new bridges and acres of sod put down. The creek going down the center of the back nine now has little waterfalls. There is a new pump house for the pond on 10. The cart path on 14 now goes behind the green instead of in front of it. The sand traps have been fixed. It’s gorgeous.

Stopped here for lunch. It had been awhile and wow! What an improvement. Nice to see Spencer back in operation. Facility and food were great - as was the service

Course is in very good shape. Do not let the length of it fool you the greens are smaller and have undulating sides making 2-3 putts the norm! Friendly staff, some beautiful holes, and fun course.

Great place with a beautiful environment and very friendly staff. The service was smooth and the overall experience was really enjoyable. Definitely a spot I would visit again.
