Every course i’ve ever played with a hole missing has given me a discount. Not Cleghorn. Bring a power drill to set your tee in for a drive off 90% of the tee boxes. The fairways are just as hard. Divots are impossible to take in most shots. Everything feeds into the woods where you cannot and will not find your ball. Even on good shots. This course is a waste of money. The only positive was getting into my truck. Maybe if they cut their green fees in half i’ll be back. Greens were the best part of the course but good luck getting to them from the various tree lines your balls will inevitably roll into.

Cleghorn Golf Club is an absolute hidden gem. The views alone are worth the round—honestly, I would expect to pay double for a course like this. The layout is fun, challenging, and incredibly scenic. If you’re anywhere near the area, this is a must-play.

This course has a beautiful layout and has potential to be great. Unfortunately the sand traps lack sand. They have rocks in them and some are growing grass in them. The greens were very furry and slow. Hole 16 is still not open after two years and they are still charging a premium rate to play. For $70 I expect a lot more.

I came to the golf course expecting a decent meal and maybe a respectable round of golf. What I did not expect was to encounter kacey, a hospitality phenomenon so powerful that I am now questioning whether she is actually a human being or some sort of customer service wizard sent to improve society. From the moment we walked in, kacey operated with the efficiency of an Augusta National grounds crew and the kindness of a saint. Drinks appeared before thirst was even identified. Food arrived with the precision of a tour professional hitting a 7-iron from 175 yards. Every table seemed convinced they were her favorite customers, and somehow she made all of us right. The meal was excellent, but kacey elevated the entire experience into something bordering on a religious event. If my golf game had even 10% of kacey's consistency, I would currently be on the PGA Tour. I've seen five-star service before. This was at least a twelve-star performance. Historians will someday study how one person managed to keep an entire restaurant running while simultaneously making everyone feel like a VIP member. The golf course should seriously consider building a statue in her honor near the first tee. Future generations deserve to know what greatness looked like. Thank you, kacey. The food was fantastic, but your service was legendary.

Have played here for many, many years, it is one of the toughest layouts around. Ya the fairways are brown now due to lack of rain, well so is every course, greens are always amazing, fast and smooth. The 16th hole is gone due to Helene, but its a par on the card for me. We always use Golfmoose when we play here, $74 for two players, can't beat it. Playing there tomorrow.....can't wait
