Excellent shape. More access to a cart vendor would have been nice but overall the course was very enjoyable. Especially from the gold tees. A nice gator on hole 18.

What can I say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a golf course. First off it was $60 on a Wednesday morning with no one on the course. This was one of the worst courses I have ever played on, sand on multiple greens, sand traps looked like a concrete floor with a handful of sand thrown on top and to make matters worse the grounds crew is mowing/weed eating/blowing leaves all while we are playing. As stated in the other comments about the rough, so high you lose balls you shouldn't be losing. None of this was mentioned when we checked in at the pro shop. If you can play somewhere please do and this includes the other 2 courses in this neighborhood. If I could select no stars I would.

Course is in the best shape I’ve seen it in years! Greens have recovered nicely from earlier in the season and with recent rain, fairways also in good shape! Definitely will be back!

Rude Rude Rude...we got rained out in October for the whole weekend and was given rainchecks. We made tee times for this past weekend and as soon as they found out we had the rain checks when we checked in they were not happy and really showed their true colors. You would have thought we robbed the place. They don't want you to make tee times unless its within 72 hours if you have a raincheck. How do you plan a weekend trip coming from out of state and hope its not booked up? The rangers and starters act like they are rustling cattle and act like ae are just lucky to even be there playing. The raincheck is money they already had of ours, why a time window to book? If you don't want to honor rainchecks just issue refunds, nah thats cash already in the bank. So if they are full, they get paying customers instead of the prepaid ones and we are just SOL. They will never get my money ever again. If its raining, be weary, and be ready to be belittled and make you feel you are not worthy of playing their courses...You want classy, go to RIVERS EDGE, much better layout and they actually thanked us for coming out and using our rainchecks. We gladly spent money there because the staff acted like they appreciated our business! Yall should take a lesson out of their book. We will never be back, and don't care if it was free.

Lions Paw. Don’t waste your money. We played today and had heard such great things about this course. Well it certainly has gone down hill. It looks as though the grounds crew is on strike. From tee to green, the tee boxes had large patches of crab grass and ones that had grass it was cut way too tall. It was like teeing up in the secondary ruff. Fairways, again had too many weeds and hadn’t been cut in what looks to be weeks. Bunkers hadn’t been dragged, and if you got in one it was like hitting off the cart path. And for the greens. Way too wet and slow. Just look at the photos. When you charge a premium price, you need to have a premium course.
