Greens were nice, fairways and tee boxes were a bit patchy but great course

Course was in good shape. Layout is great. Waterfall on last hole is beautiful. Lots of water. Lots of fairway bunkers. Even though it has a lot of water and sand bunkers it is a fair course. Only 1 really gimmicky hole. It was a beautiful scenic course. People working there were very nice. Paid 64 dollars this June. Great price for a course this level. The only downfall is no GPS. And thats a problem because I could not find one yardage marker on course.

Outstanding golf course. Welcoming staff from the moment you arrive on-site. Easy check-in at the well stocked pro shop. Large practice putting green, chipping area with bunker, and a driving range. Great course layout with beautiful views throughout.

I was disappointed with my experience at this golf course. Upon checking in, the older gentleman with the white beard was extremely rude and immediately criticized my attire, stating that I was dressed incorrectly because my golf top did not have sleeves. I purchased my outfit from a golf apparel section, and I couldn’t find any dress code on the course’s website stating that women were required to wear sleeves. While it’s possible I may have overlooked it, the dress code should be clearly displayed and easy for guests to find if it’s going to be strictly enforced and particularly when guests are being confronted about them upon arrival. He then told me that because of my attire, I needed to “be sure I stay in the cart at all times.” Since I was only there as a rider and not playing, I had no issue with staying in the cart. However, what made the interaction even more frustrating was what happened next. Shortly afterward, a man who was also only riding (not playing) checked in wearing a graphic T-shirt and cargo pants. The employee said nothing about his attire, never instructed him to remain in the cart, and even complimented him as he walked in. To be clear, I did not want that gentleman to get into trouble or be reprimanded, I was actually glad he wasn’t. What I found distasteful was the inconsistency. I was singled out over a sleeveless (tank top) golf top while a man in clearly non-golf attire was not questioned at all. It gave the impression that the women’s dress code was being enforced while the men’s was overlooked. I completely understand and respect golf course dress codes when they are clearly communicated and enforced consistently. However, that was not my experience here. The inconsistency in how guests were treated came across as unfair, and the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude. The rest of the staff was pleasant and the course was beautiful, which makes this interaction even more unfortunate. If the course intends to enforce a very specific dress code, those expectations should be clearly stated on the website and communicated respectfully to all guests. Policies should be applied consistently regardless of gender. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had.
