We are members here and have been for quite some time. The course is in the best shape I've ever seen it in, with the exception of the sand bunkers and some of the tee boxes. If not for that, I would give it 5 stars. They recently opened a new facility on the premises that has food and simulators (5 of them). Great staff!

Want to give Ron in the Pro Shop a shouout and shoutout of the starter and on-course rangers. Everybody was extreme nice and accommodating. Pace of play was excellent despite a full Tee sheet. These are some of the best greens in greater Charlotte area. Course was hard but fair. Awesome golf experience

The course was in excellent shape overall. Fairways were well-maintained, and the tee boxes were solid—with just a few spots showing a little wear but nothing to complain about. Greens were the real highlight: fast, smooth, and rolled true all day. If you like putting with confidence, this was the place to be. Fringes were clean and consistent, offering nice lies around the greens. The only downside? Bunkers could use a little love. They were playable, but some fresh sand would really elevate the experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which always adds to the round. And perhaps best of all, the pace of play was spot on—never felt rushed or held up.

Donald Ross did the front 9 here. Fairways were very firm. Greens were grainy and a little slow. Back was done by Tom Jackson. Much nicer, condition wise. Fairways were more plush. Greens held better. More trees and shade. Carts were gas with NO GPS. They dod provide a nice yardage book that was helpful. Proshop has snacks and hotdogs for the turn. We didn't get to the range. It was a little drive away with the cart. Go early if you want to use the range. Must buy a token also. At the end of the round we visited to new club house. Rhey have a small bar area with beers and plenty of TV's. They also have awesome simulators in there if you want to work on anything after the round. See photos. Gave it a 4 for the condition of the front 9. Also the bunkers were very inconsistent. A lot of soft sand or basically no sand.

Greens were a little firm but they were watering them to help. Lack of rain doesn't help but they rolled true and smooth. No dead spots anywhere. Nice course. Would definitely play here again.
