Actually a great course an the staff is always friendly. They're building a new driving range that looks nice an I think a wedding venue. But to be in St. Paul NC it's actually a beautiful course an great layout.

June 23rd 2026. My first time playing here, and Overall I had a great experience. The price for 18 holes is very good, and the golf course is decent. Friendly environment too. Would definitely come back and play again.

Friendly staff, course was maintained. The driving range was closed during my visit. The putting green was small and didnt vary much for slope between the pins. The course was fun to play. Very long holes which was a nice surprise. It was confusing at time for the next hole location for your first time. Overall will visit again to play another 18 holes.

7 minute tee times?? Nah…The property is in poor shape with ankle high grass on most tee boxes, the greens vary from active ant mounds in them to bare sand on some spots, mosquitos and gnats are constant, and the fairway and rough are indistinguishable. All of that is normally forgivable for a goat-track muni that’s cheep but then to turn the course into a parking lot with 7 minute tee times is laughable. Would not recommend and will not play again.

This was probably the first 18 hole course I played when I started playing golf some almost 15 years ago. This was my first time playing since. I shot better than back then, but barely. Onto the review. Tee Boxes 4/5 - Biggest and only real issue was the sloped tee boxes. Fairways 2.5/5 - Missing areas of grass throughout the course, could leave you with a tough shot. Rough 3/5 - . The rough is "lose your ball" thick. It's not consistent through the course though hence the score. Greens 5/5 - Probably the saving grace of the course, they look good and run true at about a 10. Firm though, so you have to come in AR a good angle or you'll bounce off. Bunkers 3/5 - Wet, heavy sand. I don't usually have problems out of bunkers anyways. No rocks at least. Layout 3/5 - The course fits like a jigsaw puzzle with so many doglegs one way or the other. Some caution is needed on holes where you can't see the trouble in reach. Overall, it was fun getting to come back to where it started. I just wish I brought my game with me lol. Would recommend to others.
