Used to be a five star! Management has forgotten the bunkers!. Either they don't care or they are now sponsored by quikrete. The course is very well maintained everywhere else. I love the layout and it is very challenging from any set of tees. The fairways are perfect the greens are quick downhill and slower uphill only due to the grain of the Bermuda.. Normally my group has the understanding that if in a bunker that has not been maintained we rake and place, this is not even possible at the current moment. Rock hard. We will return hopefully it will improve.

I recently had the pleasure of running a golf tournament at Grandover Resort & Spa, and I felt compelled to share what a great experience it was. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Especially Jim at the Pro Shop. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, whether it was helping with tee time details, helping with Golf Genius, or offering helpful insight on the course conditions. What really stood out was their professionalism combined with a friendly, approachable attitude. Looking forward to my next visit!

For what Grandover charges I expected more. Tee boxes in poor conditions. Weeds all over. Bunkers very poor. Greens were in good shape. Seems just like they mow and that’s it. Course used to be better over 5 years ago. I don’t know you pay $100 for golf and expect better conditions. The cardinal is cheaper and in better shape. Deep springs in Madison. Phenomenal condition and cheaper. Grandover does have a lot of other amenities at the resort so I guess that’s what golf pays for.

I was there with Sports Illustrated Resorts and had a round with Blair O'Neal that was supposed to be taken care of by SIR but Grandover decided to be sneaky and charge me for everything that Sports Illustrated was going to cover. I've called the club to get it taken care of and they sent me to their accounting where I had to leave a voicemail. I STILL haven't received a call back and they STILL haven't refunded the full amount. Be very careful coming to this golf course.

It was a beautiful day to play golf and I joined my husband and his friend on the outing. The courses at Grandover are beautiful, today we played the East course. The greens are well kept and I think the course had a nice challenge to it. The only thing I think they need to improve here at Grandover is keeping people off the course during open hours - like people walking their dogs on the cart path and even letting their dogs run loose, also especially kids riding bicycles. It’s not a very safe place for people with golf balls flying in the air. I wish they would enforce some “Keep Out” rules better. I think they used to enforce this better a long time ago. But all in all, it’s a great golf course and we will be back. We are looking forward to even cooler weather which is our favorite time of year to play!
