I’ve been to this course twice now, both with a couple of friends who have joined me in learning golf! We are beginners, but enjoy playing and getting better. However, I’m convinced this course is not interested in beginners learning here. Each time I’ve come, we are interrupted by a ranger with an attitude problem who tells us we are too slow. The players behind us later told us they did not have a problem with our speed and thought we were fine. We were following the “pace of play” rules posted in the cart, but evidently there is no satisfying the rangers here. It leaves players feeling rushed, and not able to enjoy the game. Will not be returning, and don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn the game and enjoy their time.

They don’t want your business. I’ve never been turned away more by any place. Wide open course, wide open parking lot at 4pm and the “tee sheet is too full” for a single to walk 9. Save your time and patience and go to literally any other track around here.

I play courses regularly in Oregon, California, and Utah. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a marshall. He lectured us for slow play even though we were well within the pace of play guidelines (about 1:45 for the back 9). Then he hovered over our shoulders for two holes (moving up with each shot) and even blocked the cart path to the 18th and forced us to hit from the yellows. Absolutely unacceptable to be treated that way when we were keeping pace of play and taking care of the course by fixing pitch marks and raking bunkers. My friend is a new golfer but as I said, we were within pace of play guidelines. Absolutely will not be returning and telling my golf buddies in the area to avoid while that marshall is employed here. And reading other reviews, I am not first to have this experience with this marshall.

Fairly short layout but great value. Greens are about as good as you’ll find at a public course. Naturally it can get a little crowded.

Incredible value. Course condition, staff, pro shop, grill, all top notch for an unbeatable price. First time, felt welcomed and had a great round. We'll be back.
