Played 36 holes in March and the course was FANTASTIC!! Fairways were in great shape and the greens rolled true. Beautiful layout. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Our group loved the experience and will definitely make this a stop on our next visit to OBX.

Nice course, but every time I come here, I regret it due to the bad management policies. 1) 8 minute tee times - meaning everything backs up by half an hour or more in the afternoon and there are no carts. 2) compounding this, they won’t let you walk even if you want to and are capable. Only members can walk. Because they walk faster I guess? It’s also very expensive, they don’t give you range balls for free, the carts don’t have gps, pace of play is abysmal due to the aforementioned 8 minute tee time gap, need I say more?

October 2025 bride here. The ceremony location and veranda are beautiful but I would NOT recommend having your wedding reception here. Long story short - despite the weather being out of everyone’s control, the staff was very difficult to deal with. They did not have enough kitchen staff or staff in general to accommodate a wedding for 150 people, which they knew about for over a year in advance. Julianne the “event coordinator” was non-existent throughout the entire reception. So again, beautiful ceremony location but not a good place for large wedding receptions.

How disappointing, used to to love this course but has gone down hill. Course was in terrible shape compared to what I remembered from the last time I played it. It seems that once Clubcorp took it over its gone down hill. We played in June and finished our round at 6, decided to get a beer in the clubhouse but it had closed at 5. Really

Played golf twice during our stay in Corolla. The course is a great layout and was in excellent condition. On the first day we played, it took over five hours and we waited on every tee box. I was hopeful that the marshall would help, but like so many clubs, they just apologize. The second round was much more enjoyable and pace of play was better.
