Carmel's North Course began as a George Cobb design and was comprehensively reimagined by John Fought in 2016 with a classic, Donald Ross-inspired aesthetic. Bold, artful bunkering and restored width promote strategic angles into firm, contoured greens. The par-71 layout moves across rolling Piedmont topography with a polished, walkable routing from green to next tee. Champion Bermuda surfaces deliver consistent speeds in Charlotte's summer heat. From the back tees, North tests elite ball-strikers, but abundant tee options keep it playable for every member.

Beautiful country club. I’ve attended a few meetings and events here and it’s a very beautiful place. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

Played the South course and was blown away by the pristine conditions. Immaculate greens and plush fairways on the course combined with world class facilities and dining at the clubhouse.

Took my daughter there for a golf lesson. It was amazing, unlike any country club I've ever been to. I wish I lived closer and had enough money to join 😁
