We truly appreciated the seasonal ambiance during our round — the greens were generously decorated with leaves of every shape and color, giving each putt a fun little surprise element. Even some of our better shots disappeared into the festive leaf piles, which added an unintended scavenger-hunt component to the day. The tee boxes were also memorable. The sand was packed quite firmly, making it a bit of a challenge to get a tee in, but it definitely encouraged some creativity in shot setup. We got plenty of practice in our “duck and cover” skills too, since the group behind us seemed very enthusiastic about pace of play. Nothing like hearing a ball whistle past your ear to remind you of your own mortality. All in all, it’s not the course you want but it’s the one you need.

If you are a beginner it is a good course for you. There were a few tee boxes that you could non even get a tee in the ground, one was almost all sand as all the grass was dead. The greens were not completely horrible but they were bumpy. You get what you pay for, and $19 to walk 18 holes, you go around twice, I guess it is a deal.

Decent course, a bit expensive for the quality. Lost a driver cover on one of the holes and had to personally ask the grounds keeper who had it hidden in his cart to have it returned. He only returned it reluctantly. Supposedly well known for having sticky fingers. Do not recommend

Writing this as someone who has only ever played 3 rounds of 9, and all at this course. I really appreciate the staff and course, and how accessible this experience is to a new player (and the whole family) on a weekend afternoon. As a token of gratitude, I have carefully hidden some golf balls in the woods, and as a group we have offered several to the lake(s) as tribute. We'll keep coming back.

I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this chorus. we were visiting from out of town and it was the only public course that had an early before noon tee time so we grabbed it but the course is very very poorly marked. it's extremely hard to figure out how to go from hole to hole. most of it is dirt and dust find somewhere else 😔
