We loved staying at Springdale during Thanksgiving week!! The Humming Bird villa was beautiful and just what our family needed. The layout was perfect for our family with the bedrooms on either side of the living room, one for my husband and I and the other for my daughter her husband and 2 kids. Having a fireplace was wonderful during the cold snap!! We had our 19month old with grandchild with us and Curt was extremely helpful when I had questions about what the units fireplace hearth size(so we could cover with blankets) and what had available in the kitchen since we would be cooking for Thanksgiving. The check in was easy even though we got there after the office was closed. My husband LOVED the golf course and we all enjoyed the golf carts!! We already are talking about returning during the summer to enjoy the pool.

My wife and I booked this sight unseen other than website pictures and we were completely blown away. From the time we booked it to the time we departed, we experienced some of the nicest most friendly and hospitable people. Kurt and Wendy upon arrival to Matt at the Restaurant, they all went out of there way to make us feel at home. The villa(Robin) was phenomenal! Well appointed and nicely located to the village. The golf cart was a nice touch during our stay. The Rocky Face Tavern food was excellent. Brunch is a must! We have traveled the world and besides the Hard Rock resort in Cabo San Lucas, the staff at little Springdale Resort hit a home run! We already looking at dates for 2026! Thank you team

Best Christmas vacation ever. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and the staff was outstanding. The resort golf course is amazing and the location is only a few minutes from The Blue Ridge Parkway. You won’t regret staying here.

Springdale Resort was a location we considered for a large family reunion (90-120ppl). The place is BEAUTIFUL, Curt in sales and Wendy are phenomenal (kind, genuine, flexible), prices are extremely fair (a great deal for the exquisiteness of the homes and setting)... so many more great things we could share about our experience at this place when we visited. We couldn't move forward with having the reunion here, due to specific needs in our group, but this had nothing to do with what Springdale had to offer. They truly would have cared well for us!

I brought my family of 6 and in-laws for Christmas from Louisiana and we stayed at the Pine! It was amazing. 20 min from skiing, 45 from the Biltmore and we ate dinner Christmas Eve at the Rocky Face Tavern and they took care of us very well for a party of 8 on Christmas Eve
