Course in good condition but on course management was not good. Had an 8:12 tee time, got started at 8:21. Play was exceptional slow. By the 6th hole we were 13 minutes behind suggested pace. Called pro shop to get ranger to speed up play. Saw ranger 3 holes later with no effort to improve pace if play. He blamed slow play on groups 3 or 4 holes ahead but nothing improved. Took 4 hours and 42 minutes on a short course. Unacceptable.

Played the day after the masters, pace of play wasn’t an issue for me. Can’t even tell the greens were aerated recently. The front 9 is tight, but short, and almost none of the fairways or greens are flat. Front 9 greens are small, and are all angled pretty drastically, so leaving your ball below the hole is a must. Kinda feels like clown golf sometimes but it does make GIRs feel special. The back 9 is a newer more modern design that reminds me of Greensboro National or Bryan Park and is where you can really get some scoring done. Bigger, less severely sloped greens. Wider fairways, and receptive greens. They recently got new electric carts with the whole GPS shebang. Pro shop has snacks and drinks, staff is nice. Driving range is small but never crowded. Practice green is a good way to warm up for the front 9.

Really narrow fairways. Nice course overall I really enjoyed it. The carts automatically tell you distance to the pin which is cool. They will also lock the brakes if you go out of bounds to find a ball. Lots of cigarette buttons all over the place, they need to clean that up.

Ended up out here a couple times as my first option didn't work out. Honestly, this place should just become the first option for me. The range is small, but maintained. The staff is always nice. I played the back nine and really enjoyed it. Greens were super fast, but I might have just had an off round because I was scrambling to find a place.

First time here. Played on a Sunday in June. Course was in surprisingly good condition considering the area is under drought conditions. Greens are the difficult part of this course. Some small, some narrow, some slope to the front and back (on the same green). Fairways are wide open. Even if you hit into an adjoining fairway, you can find your ball and hit back onto your hole. Overall, a decent, fun course. Will play here again.
