I really loved staying here! They were very dog friendly and the restaurant on property has beautiful views. Every employee was extremely nice but the two that made such an impression on my family was Marianna and Sam. They were so kind and thoughtful for my 6yr old. They always included him in everything. We were getting coffee and she saw that he wanted to be included so she got him a hot chocolate. I would absolutely stay here again

This place is amazing and definitely a hidden gem. After years of coming to Asheville and staying at an Airbnb, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel instead. The food is amazing, the customer service is amazing and the staff is super awesome. You can pay $8 to have a round-trip shuttle to downtown Asheville and get picked up by 10:00 p.m.. also, another incredible experience I had was one of the workers offered to make me lunch and fresh brewed coffee despite it being after lunch hours when I arrived! This is the ultimate experience of exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning with my husband and children to stay at this lovely hotel. Also, the pool was amazing and there's not that many locations with the pool nearby.

My apologies for this being likely. So at first I was giving only three stars as because every night I was awoke by a barking dog. And I felt that if they're going to be a pet friendly hotel they should have a certain section for pets but after I found out that they actually do somebody snuck in their dog it wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff has been so sweet and so nice and every time I come in they act like they've known me for years. I absolutely love the front and girls blu is so fantastic so sweet. All of them are. The waitresses and the restaurant were absolutely wonderful and the food not one wrong thing. However being a bartender for 25 years your bartender you have really needs to know how to make drinks correctly. I'm not trying to be picky but when you make a strawberry daiquiri you don't put salt around the rim you put sugar and for the price of the drink it shouldn't taste like it was watered down. I also ordered a drink one night and he totally ignored it I never got it because he was too concerned about his couple of customers out at the bar area so I'm giving the hotel five stars I'm giving the bartender to 2. Although it was kind of stressful because of the payment issue and nobody's fault especially the hotel it was not even close to their fault I think it was corporate in my end but we got that solved. I would recommend this Resort to anyone I talked to and they asked me where to stay because I travel a lot. So thank you staff for being so kind and treating me like a person and not a number.❤️❤️

My mother and I stayed with you over 4th of July weekend. We absolutely LOVED the experience!! From Blu at the front desk, to Liam in the overlook restaurant!! There were a few minor issues. One being the PM front desk staff, not knowledgeable at all with the hotel or its guests. Also not very helpful when in need of something!! Two; you are a hotel that allows dogs, but why do you not offer a dog daycare service? There are many planes in Asheville dogs can not go, and instead of being left in the room all day… Three; a majority of the guests of the weekend watched the fireworks from the front? But no staff or the like were out front giving sparkles.. offering a beverage.. why not have a 4th party out there.. you can see a city full of fireworks… do the movie out there.. but regardless. We will be back!!!!!

We love staying at the Crown Plaza! Everyone is so welcoming and accomodating. When we arrived, Katie helped us deal with a room issue and accomodated our room needs. We then had dinner at The Overlook and were served by Aria, who was amazing! She even found me coffee which they typically don't have at night. The food was so good! Last time we were here we had a great breakfast and were served by cassie and maryanne, so I look forward to tomorrow's breakfast! Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
